No choice for a tourist, or any new entrant in New York, to visit the MOMA Store, on the ground floor of the museum, and his “little sister-design just opposite”, is still a reference.
There is another shop of MOMA in Soho. For those who want to feel like they have been to the MOMA but just prefer shopping rather than actually visit it. (Sounds weird, but don’t tell me you have never gone to a museum store, without actually visiting the whole museum…)
In the MOMA Store, you will find a amazing bookshop, design objects, intelligent games for children, stationery, gadgets … That’s the ideal place to bring a gift.
